About Us

Yoga for educators provides free yoga classes in the Triad area of North Carolina for what we believe to be the pillars of our community - our teachers.  We offer classes on site and tailor them to fit the needs of the staff - no experience necessary! We bring mats and blocks with us so that our students can come as they are. Classes are held before or after school hours for all teachers, admin and support staff. All are welcome - those proficient in yoga and those just wanting to have space for themselves for once.
